How much does an AI consultant cost?
Our AI Small-Wins Workshop is $2,500 and credited in full toward your first build if you start within 30 days. Builds are fixed-scope and quoted after the roadmap, so you know the price before work starts.
Will AI replace my staff?
No. We use AI to take repetitive work off your team so they can spend more time on clients and judgment calls. People stay in control of anything client-facing.
Do we have to switch tools?
No. We build on the CRM, spreadsheets and apps you already use, including Follow Up Boss and Google Workspace.
How accurate is AI?
Accurate enough to save hours, not accurate enough to run unchecked. Every system we build has a human review step where mistakes would matter.
How do you handle our client data?
We only access what a project needs and help you set simple rules for what goes into AI tools. We keep client-facing output human-reviewed.
How long does a project take?
The workshop and roadmap take about two weeks start to finish. Most first builds are scoped to a few weeks.
